We met a man named Brandon, who claimed to have faith in Christ. We went through our evangelism survey questionnaire, and it seemed as though God had transformed his life and caused him to be born again. It's always refreshing to meet fellow believers out in the world, and we hope that we were able to inspire Brandon to share his faith with those around him. Brandon believed that it was necessary to have a perfect understanding of the gospel before sharing it with others. However, as he mentioned earlier in the video, obedience is better than sacrifice, pulling from 1 Samuel 15:22, that out of obedience, we should pursue a desire for the lost, and in so doing, the Lord will lead us and use us for His glory in drawing sinners to Himself. After our conversation, we gave Brandon some apologetic literature and tracts to help him in his walk with Christ and his defense of the truth. After he left, we preached the gospel to those around the downtown area. It was a great time, and to God be all the glory.
